Any plans to revive this one? Project Cars has a good number of period racers that would make for great competition. Sauber C9 and BMW M1 Procar both need serious consideration.

Ye the 78 is sweet kit. Drives really nice. I'd be happy to run that. Wouldn't call it wild though. Wild is more the C9 or the Lotus 98T.
The 98T. That's proper wild.
So. Where's Johnny.
Let's get retro on STA.

Huge fan of the M1 Procar, but rarely does it get any love.

Quite enjoy the Lotus cars as well, especially the Formula Ford, it's kinda slow, but fun.

I agree, when everything went as planned, this series was a blast. The 78 cosworth was a very fun car to drive and I would love to do this again. With all the current open wheel series, WSO Renault, And1 Indy and redline it Indy lights, I think the colt vintage should go for something like the m1 pro at, sauber Mercedes or something like that. Only think may be finding a night to do this. It was Saturday nights so may have to rotate with f1 biweekly and Rolex monthly.

Look in general discuss thread for "New Series Thoughts" post, as the colt vintage series may be making s comeback and is in the early stages of planning. All input and suggestions welcome.

Can't find it wally got a link?
I'm up for the 78 Sauber or M1. Sauber has awesome grip and, with a bit of respect, is an immense machine considering its age. I've seen TexasTyme214 do sub 3:30 with it at Le Mans! The M1 is easy to get in and go, and isn't travelling supersonic. Reckon it'll make for a good bit paint swapping* action.

*note that I said paint swapping, not fender bending!
